NEW REPLACEMENT HOSPITAL –
LAVONIA, GEORGIA

DESIGN RESULTS

St. Mary’s Sacred Heart Hospital, formally (Ty Cobb Regional Medical Center) and NGTC, a group of 60 specialty physicians from Atlanta, engaged Earl Architects to plan and design a new, state-of-the-art 56 bed hospital along the I-85 corridor to replace two rural hospitals. The client wanted the new hospital to have a flexible design and a much more modern aesthetic. The final design creates an efficient layout that is right-sized for the community, while leaving room for future growth and expansion.

"Earl Architects has...the ability to change direction and scope very effectively and efficiently when needed. The personal attention they bring to the project is a tremendous asset as they truly take ownership and become vested partners in our success."
