Our team with the Zeidler Roberts Partnership, Toronto (Design Consultants) were commissioned by His Royal Highness, Prince Waleed Bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, as one of 6 firms worldwide to provide a design concept for a 120,000 m2 trade center in the heart of Riyadh. The trade center was envisioned to establish an international reputation that will accommodate some of the world’s most discerning tenants including a five-star hotel, sports center, and a 45,000 m2 office tower.
