The Daewoo Construction Company in Seoul, South Korea, commissioned Earl design team to propose a design study for the Jae-Il Bank, one of the largest in South Korea. The Jae-Il Bank wanted to take advantage of current zoning regulations in their existing NamDaeMun site and build a first class, modern office building. The design of the building uses stone, metal and glass harmoniously to express sophisticated modernism.
The proposed 20-story office building includes retail and restaurant facilities at the first level below grade with the banking hall at the ground floor level.
