Coffee Regional Medical Center

Prior to hiring our design team, five national design firms tried to implement a plan for an improved or new hospital over a period of five years without success. Due to these delays the State of Georgia threatened to close the hospital so the Hospital Board decided to “fast-track” the project to meet the demand imposed by the State.

The Owner decided to move forward with a design/build process to expedite the schedule and to control costs. As part of a Design/Build team, we immediately developed the program and plans to secure the design and GMP.
